it's a simple recipe!
Umumnya pakai mozarella sih, cuma disini saya pakai keju biasa jadi hasilnya ga bisa molor-molor ala mozarella gitu. Jika ingin krispi, saran saya saat menggoreng harus dengan minyak yang banyak (hingga terendam), tapi berhubung pakai minyak banyak-banyak itu ga sehat dan saya ga terlalu suka, hasil jadinya ya seperti di foto (nge-blue karena kondisi low light sorry).
buat yuk, lumayan buat cemilan (jangan sering-sering ya nanti kaget liat timbangan) hehe
porsi (portion) : 1 orang (one person)
waktu (times) : 10 menit (10 minutes)
bahan / ingredients:
- 1/2 batang keju ( Meg Cheddar) / a half bar of cheese
- 7 sdm tepung terigu / 7 tbs of wheat flour
- 5 sdm tepung kobe spicy coating mix / 5 tbs of kobe spicy coating mix's flour
- secukupnya minyak goreng / cooking oil
- Potong dadu keju. / Diced the cheese.
- Masukkan keju yang telah di potong ke dalam wadah berisi tepung terigu, baluri dengan terigu. / Put in the cheese into the wheat flour, coat it with the flour.
- Masukkan keju ke dalam wadah berisi tepung kobe spicy coating mix, baluri dengan tepung kobe. / Put the cheese into the kobe spicy coating mix's flour, then coat it with the flour.
- Goreng keju dengan minyak yang telah panas. / Fried it.
- Drain it and ready to serve!
